Located in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs, Dennehy Building is a 3rd-generation family-owned construction business that has been proudly building and renovating homes in Bentleigh, Glen Eira, and Bayside for over 50 years.

The company, M.F. & J.R. Dennehy (Vic) Pty Ltd, was founded by my father, Morry Dennehy, alongside my mother, June. In 2010, my wife Judith and I took over operations to continue the family tradition. As a qualified carpenter and registered builder, I bring 50 years of construction experience to every project, including 30 years as Project Manager.

M.F. & J.R. Dennehy (Vic) Pty Ltd, now trading as Dennehy Building, undertakes all types of residential construction, including extensions, renovations, and custom new homes.

Building on our long-standing reputation, our team possesses the expertise and training required to deliver exceptional craftsmanship. Continuing our family legacy, my sons work closely alongside me:

• James Dennehy: A qualified carpenter and registered builder, James manages day-to-day operations on site, oversees our OH&S requirements, and keeps our clients updated via social media.

• Heath Dennehy: Our youngest son, who is now a qualified carpenter working as part of our core construction team.
